This year Willard is producing some very healthy wipers.
I caught this bad boy today on a KCT brass with black splatter paint at 2.4 mph. Sorry the photo didnt turn out so well.
I caught others on traditional Rapalas but not as big. I used the shad rap for scale in this picture.
I love fishing on my own but it brings 4 major problems:
1. Pictures of fish are never as cool as ones that include a good buddy holding the fish.
2. Much more difficult to launch your boat, especially at north Willard this year.
3. You can't share fuel costs.
4. No extra lunch to dip in to when your buddy falls asleep!
Unless there are some major changes in anticipated precipitation, I fear we will be done boating at Willard and Utah Lake this year by July 4.
