Having been in the land North of Utah over the weekend - it was a wonder that my friends (Idaho native) car windshield was broken (had been for several years) and he wasn't required to repair it to renew his vehicle registration. Got me thinking about how this state can tell you to repair something that is still working - tires, exhaust, windshields, etc. -- State Gov't is every aspect of our lives.
I agree with the smog & Emissions testing because of the Air Quality.
Personal Freedom is somewhat a Oxymoron in Utah.
Maybe more of a Oxy-(oh-U-Know). [:/]
