[crazy] are both the boat ramps at deer creek opened yet?

They've been open since February. Of course now you have to decontaminate due to the quagga mussels, or get tagged and be unable to launch anywhere else until your time is up. The guy who does the decontamination has to do it, and he isn't always there.

I was at Deer Creek today and the only ramp open is the main ramp at the state park. The ramp at Charleston has been shut down with barriers, and the launch at the island is blocked with ropes.
