Good afternoon, I am a 48 year old married cop that lives in Texas by the gulf. My wife and I are coming to Idaho for a week in late june 2015 from Texas on vacation..... looking for someone friendly, who would like to take us out on a trip with us picking up the tab for gas, bait, lunch, expenses etc... or swapping a trip if they ever make it down here to Texas.... either/or..... We live in Galveston, Texas and can offer a trip for Black Drum, which can get 50 + lbs, or redfish, blacktip sharks that can reach 6 feet+, and speckled trout.

We will be flying into Boise, will be heading up toward Cambridge, then across Southern Idaho and back toward Boise.

I have heard from friendly people here on the forum, that CJ Strike Reservoir is a great place to fish. We are not specifically targeting any type of fish, just trying to get in our annual out of state fishing trip on our summer vacation.

I think I can help you out. I will be on vacation June 20-30 and will be up at Brownlee Reservoir during some of that time. You say you will be up by Cambridge and I'll be in that area. I got the boat and all the gear we need. We will chase bass and crappie, maybe some cats. No need to swap trips or pay, I'll do it just because it's fun.
