Saludos Again From The Island Of Enchantment.
The Fishing well is Fishing the bite went low right after the moon of April, to tell you the truth the PR trench was non productive for us till the moon of May arrived. the only fish in our spread were while fishing the shallows and mostly cudas and King Mackerel.
Finally now in the moon of May saw the first Makaira Nigricans in our spread although no strike or hook up occurred the motivation is already at 100%. Also this past week Mahi mahi were caught. Another factor was the Sargasso is so spread around that at times it makes it almost impossible to keep baits clean.
As the water keeps warming up and the June moon arrives the Marlin bite should activate.
