I read the article and didn't see the good news for fishermen ,unless more tanker traffic to deal with as we try to travel from salt lake to vernal to fish is the good news your referring to .

No I was referring to the part of them not destroying and tearing up the watershed lands and disrupting the flow of two major river systems, and polluting them far more than they already are, possibly ruining the habitat of the fish already there.
I was also referring to the good news how there won't be a giant oil pipeline running through prime fishing grounds, which could potentially leak, have problems, require constant maintenance... Willard Bay pipeline spill

it will an above ground pipe line so I doubt there will be issues with disturbing prime fishing grounds just regular old bridge work . most the problems with pipe lines is that they are buried like the one at Willard bay .
