It's been awhile since last post but bought a little 16 ft aluminum boat decked it out now back in the game. Been to lost creek and been trolling around just to get to ice fishing spot. We catch little ones all day trolling. But when we get to our spot it's game on are average fish we have been catching are 19 inches. Cuts and bows been up there this last month 6 times catches 25 to 30 every trip. Trolling we are using dodgers and squids and pop gear and repallas. We are jigging in 35 feet.

Nice report. It has been a couple weeks since I have hit LC, about time for an after work trip now that the rains have passed. I also have a spot that seems to always hold some good fish.
How was the water level over the island? Last time I was up I think the shallowest we hit was 3-4 feet, just curious if the level has risen much over the last couple of weeks.
I bought a little 16 ft aluminum a year ago and have been having a blast ever since. I can't say that I have used some of your techniques, I will have to give them a try next time up.
