Lost the cowling to my 15 HP Honda last saturday while heading to Arrowrock. Several folks on the lake told me they saw it on the bridge that crosses the Boise river (Highway 21). When we left and drove across around 1pm it appears that someone already picked it up. If you did I would be grateful if you shot me a PM.
