I caught a few 18-24" stockers, but there were a few 10 inchers that weren't clipped. Are they reproducing or was a fresh batch put in this spring that didn't get there fin clipped?

They are not required to clip Chinook that are going in to Deadwood. Or Andersen Ranch....
