Wanting to take my grandkids fishing, was wondering how the bank fishing is at Blacktail?

Have not been out fishing there from shore this year but have done well in the past for perch south of the picnic area. When launching the boat I have noticed that there are usually people fishing off the docks. Not sure how they do, but usually always see someone fishing there...
