I was thinking of going to Newton Sunday anybody know water level is. Is the boat ramp still in the water? Any info would be great thanks.

I was up there shooting targets and saw that the ramp was no longer in the water. Also saw alot of dead floating fish in the corner by the dam. not sure what that was all about.
