Equal parts flour and corn flour
Pinch of corn starch
Any of your favorite lagers to thicken
Canola oil for frying (Peanut oil can be substituted and used at a higher temp than most other oils)

Instructions:
Mix ingredients until thick but not soupy. Dip the fish in batter and deep fry. Use with your favorite boneless fish fillets.[/size]
