Fishing Forum

Hit panguitch at about 9am to 12 noon. Caught about 15 between the two of us. Kept a few rainbows to smoke. All others were released. Fish were anywhere from 8' to the bottom (17'). Plenty of action on the finder. Fish all looked healthy. Caught on nightcrawlers and mealies on green or white lures. Bite was fairly light. Beautiful weather. Ice was approx 8" with another 8"+ of snow on top. No slot busters today.

Thanks for the report. I moved down south a couple months ago and was thinking to hit Panguitch this weekend. Any particular areas fish better than others?

I don't know it real well but had better luck on the east edge than the northern spot.
