Damp morning & lots o fog on the river this am. emoScratch Just drop the tub in and start fishing . We put in bout 8:30 this morning, yellow stripe, white bass, yellow perch, drum, bream, catfish, rock fish were all caught today.

Water temp 51-52 degree, 12fow or less, lightly stained. We started with the white bass (stripe) , would get a Largemouth occasionally, then among them all above mentioned came into boat before we left at 4:00 afternoon. No big bass, 4 lb bout the best for bass, however.@ bout 9:35 I thought I had hooked a submarine. It stripped line, spooling me, I chase with trolling motor to gain line & just get spooled again & again. Told John I had Moby Dicks relative hooked up. emoBooHoo You thought I was gonna say it broke off, emoTskTsk , not this time. 25 minutes later I had it on Deck. Longer than my leg, nearly a girth like mine, & a 11inch tail, hehe.

Ok , u cheated already & looked did u not. Yep here it is, least a 40 lber...pics, revive it, & it swims away waiting for your lure.....hope someone has the fun that I had & anxious as John was with his camera. Over all we caught over 100 emoFish today of the above mentioned species. Was a great , foggy, damp day on the Chick... emoGeezer emoUSA
