[li]1 teaspoon dry mustard

[li]4 ounces roux (equal parts flour and butter cooked together untill lightly browned)
[li]2 cups shredded good quality chedder cheese

[li]1 teaspoons freshly cracked peppercorns

[li]1 pound lobster meat,chopped
[li]preparation:
[li]bring heavy cream to a boil in a medium sausepan.reduce and add mustard,bay leaves,cloves and cook 5 minutes on low heat.
[li]remove cloves and bay leaves.add roux and cook for an additional 5 minutes then add cheese,salt and pepper and whisk untill the cheese is melted and well combined.
[li]add macaroni and lobster and place in a ovenproof baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 375 f.serves 6
