Being disabled, an atv at FL for the Perch Tourney is going to make my life much easier.
Who else is thinking of taking an atv/snowmobile/sxs?

It seems like the trailers are the big concern, so I'm planning on bringing my atv in the back of my truck. Don't know for sure if I'll use it though, that'll depend on whether or not they're allowing them.

Shane, I think the biggest issue is the lack of parking, with thousands of people showing up for an event like this, my guess is they are just trying to insure folks have a place to park, so the more folks that have trailers, the less room there will be for others. I'm sure they would make an allowance for anyone that is disabled but I don't think they want everyone to bring one. It was easier just to make a broad statement, so those that are not disabled, don't bring trailers. The other members statement about putting his ATV in the back of his truck is the best way to go but I understand that is not possible for everyone, JMO.

I am camping down there for the weekend so my bed is full of camper.
My atv trailer is a short little feller so I hope nobody is too upset at me!

I doubt they will be, hope you have a good outing and win a prize, good luck Shane.

My understanding they were going to open up the group site for camping. Don't know if that is still the plan or not.

That is the same thing I heard, thanks for confirmation.

I wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't let anyone give you any grief either... Have fun and good luck!

I know I for one will be mad at you...for not inviting me!

wiperhunter2 covered it all very well. We had over 2,500 people register online and Fish Lake has it best snowpack in years. UDOT, Forest Service, Sevier County, and Fish Lake Resorts are working hard to clear parking, but trailers can really take up a lot of space. They have designated Doctor Creek campground and the Mallard Bay overflow as designated trailer parking - both camp trailers and ATV trailers.

Gary,
You know you have a perma-invite to any of my adventures.
Are you thinking of coming down?

I know Shane, I'm off to Colo., but I would like to come down to Fish Lake one of these days. Good luck!

You must join us down there one day, it is my 3rd favorite place in Utah to fish.
