I also fished Willard Bay Sunday. Great day on the water, but was slammed with my Willard Skunk. Probably not the only one for the year... 3 of us fished from noon to 6:00. Trolled cranks that have worked in the past and others. Pulled bottom bouncers with worms. Tried mussels. we fished all over the place and didn't even get a bite. I saw similar pictures on my hummingbird 989. I dinged my prop near the north outlet, glad i was only going 2mph. We launched from the South Marina. We saw one boat net a fish or at least put a net in the water, and talked to 6 or 7 boaters who all said they had no love. I think my next attempt will be when the weather isn't as nice.
