Dogwoods blooming, full moon ( two days ago), water in low 60&#39;s. How come they are not on bed ? Went out today, started pea gravel type banks near deeper , 10-12 fow, only slicks. Caught two 2-2.5# shallow, near wood. Not much shallow activity. Ended working riprap and rock on main river. Hit points, and just inside. No big fish, but some action, there were sloping banks, and gravel or sand bottom nearby. Talked to some crappie fishermen pulling out, they had fair success. As usual, nobody works, overflow parking and grass had trucks and trailers.<br />Hope everyone has a good Easter holiday.
