Fellow Anglers,

As you all know, sometimes its pretty painful and difficult to get your lady to go out fishing with ya. I like to go without her as much as she lets me, but sometimes nothing beats being out on the lake with your significant and enjoying the peace and quiet together. I go alone quite a bit but I talked her in to coming out with me tomorrow morning, which i didn't think would happen, so i wasn't really prepared when she said yes. Problem is, if we, i mean her, doesn't catch a fish.... it'll be hard as hell to get her talked into coming with me anytime soon(or this year probably).

Does anyone know of any spots that are hitting very well right now and/or what would be a good idea? I've been to Rockport when reports were going off the wall and got skunked doing exactly as they said. Thing was, it was a sunny day after a full moon, between the 30 or so anglers on the shore and ~10 tubes on the lake in front of us, i saw 2 people catch a fish in 5 hours time. I was able to get 1 bite. Meh...

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I don't need your secret spot nor am i asking for it, just looking for a little advice on a spot i might be able to get a little excitement for her to spark her interest. I'm not a bad fisherman, but obviously still have some things to learn, doesn't everyone?

Thanks in advance! I'll even buy a beer for someone if your in the Sugarhouse area for your help!

Cheers,
Jer
