I fished starvation this morning from the tube. Launched at 615 ish air temp 30 water temp a balmy 46 degrees. First cast, fish on. A nice 22 inch male walleye. Then that was it for the toothy critters. 3 stary steelhead to the mix as well. I'm pretty sure that eye on the first cast, jinxed me for those guys for the rest of the morning. All fish caught within casting distance of the shore. Juniper point is where I fished.

Good job on the walleye. I haven't heard of many of them being caught this year yet. Maybe they are starting to wake up.
