Son and I had a chance to fish Guntersville Friday and today. Slow go it was both days, fish were here and there. Son lost a big one Friday and I did the same this morning. The bass we did get in the boat were in the 2-3.5 lbs. range but hard to get. Fish came off big grass flats 3-5 fow. Fish caught on blade baits,d-bombs and crankbait. Water temp Friday 62-64, today 64-68. Son hooked a big bowfin Friday first live one I had ever seen, came off right at the boat but what a tussle.
