New to the area and looking for spots near Nampa for trout for me and catfish/panfish for the kids. Ive been to Wilson Creek and ponds but looking for something of more quality than quantity. I have heard of lake Lowell for catfish and panfish but I'm limited to shore fishing and was hoping for some tips or areas to fish since its a large body of water.

Also what are average flows to fish the Boise, or below Swan Falls on the snake.

looking for trout lucky peck, Anderson ranch for bank swan falls for cats is ok . later this summer lots of creeks and rivers up around Idaho city.
