Hopefully Chuck will reply to you, he moved to Colo but I'm not sure how well he knows the Denver area for fishing, you could sent his a PM and ask him, Utwalleye.

I'm too sure about Denver area, I live in loveland. there is a bunch of lakes around here that all have walleye and small and large mouth bass, carter and horse tooth res. have bass and walleye, carter is managed for trophy walleye, I haven't fished carter yet but will very soon. horse tooth has some nice looking bank line to cast down. good luck to you.

In the Denver area, Cherry Creek, Chatfield, and Quincy all have great populations of walleye and Chatfield and Aurora have lots of smallmouth, with some real tanks in Aurora. All are stocked with rainbows, too. They all get lots of pressure, but you can do fine in them once you learn them. There are lots of small waters around Denver and the suburbs with good bass and saugeye fishing, too.
