Ordered a reels Shimano at celtcbost.com one month ago. Great and friendly communication from "Emily Chen, bestitemsale@gmail.com" till wire transfer was done. S/H charges on order and email were confirmed to be included - at first.... Then I was asked to pay additional funds (approx 25% of order) claiming that customs detained the parcel. I refused to pay. Absolutely NO answers at all since then. Also NO refund (yet). Seems I wasn't alerted enough and got screwed - SO BEWARE!
Be wiser than me and just KEEP OFF these IMO not trustworthy guys to avoid possibly getting cheated. Luckily I didn't provide Credit Card info, "only" made a wire transfer.
BEWARE - I certainly will STAY CLEAR.
