Haven't fished here since I was a kid. Going to camp this weekend and get some serious line out in the water. Fly rods and spinning rods. I will be on a float tube for parts as well. Any advice would be appreciated or any recent reports also would help.

Thanks guys!!

I don't have any first hard info on RP but its trout fishing how hard could it be[Wink]. About the only info I can give is get of early, if your favorite lure doesn't work, try bait, night crawlers or salmon eggs, maybe use a small marshmallow to keep it off the bottom. Good luck and let us know how you do. By the way have you ask the folks on the Fly fishing board?

If you're fishing for trout I'd fish the south end in your float tube. I'd fish water less than 10 ft deep using flys with sinking line. If you bait fish I'd fish the same area and water depth and us a bobber and worm down about 4 ft. If you're going after bass I fish rocky shore line using a worm and bobber down 4 ft and about 8 - 10 feet from shore throwing parallel with the shore line and a slow retreive. Have fun.
