So I'm making a trip back up to the berry sometime this week. I wanna get some more kokes. I usually fish for them on the Soilder creek side, but I wanna try a new spot. Just like everyone always says "I don't want your honey hole" (unless your willing to give it up of course). But I was hoping on some advice on some good spots to find the kokes on the strawberry side. Any ideas?

They're in the water. No kidding.

Was up today. 8 kokes in the boat - two fishermen. Strawberry triangle, Marina to narrows. narrows north to chicken hollow, west to marina. The south run was best for us today, around Haws point. Good luck.

Nice report. Funny thing is they seem to get active around 9 or 10 am. Last year it was good from 6 to 9 am and dropped off for me. What's your experience this year?

Today we started at 7:00 and had 3 in the boat by 7:30 - one more by 8:00 and then it slowed down. We did get the other 4, but we worked for them.

Was you using downriggers???

Yes, downriggers at 29 to 35 ft. Pink RMT dodgers with pink squid.
