I fished my first cff of the year last night with my nephew that just finished up his summer baseball so he was dying to hit the water. We didnt have a problem with numbers just couldn't come up with that good kicker fish. We probably had a little over 8lbs but since we weren't gonna be in the money and not fishing for points we hust threw them back without weighing in. All fish caught on shakeys and texas rigged plastics around grass. Hope to see yall at the next one
