KSL NEWSRADIO-Utah Lake has been reopened for boaters after DEQ determined algal bloom is dissipating. Swimming and jet skiing still not recommended.

A piece of advice fellow fisherman, don't eat anything outta Utah lake until this CURRENT bloom clears up.

Launching will be the big issue now. I don't think anything can launch from Lincoln 'cept maybe a kayak or a rubber raft. The gravel shore by the first spring is where I will try. Got a small aluminum that should be launchable.

the news just seems to be like this now days , my friend sister pulled her whole garden out last week because the news said it would be bad to eat plants irrigated with algae infested water , this is junk science folks . beware
