I got a last minute invite to attend church on soldier creek tomorrow. Planning on Rainbows and or cutts. Any suggestions on location, technique baits etc would be appreciated. Havent fished strawberry or soldier creek for many years. He doesnt have downriggers so I dont think we can get deep enough for kokanee.

Sorry for the late reply but you can catch the cutts just about anywhere on the SC side. If your friend had a finder that would help but other than that watch for the jumpers on the surface early in the morning. I guess you were there yesterday after rereading your post. How did you do?
