Fishing Forum

Made it up to Blacksmiths Fork last night after work and started fishing just below the campground bridge. Plenty of fish in the water but they were not very active. I threw my usual nymphs without a single stike. Saw a few rising so switched over to Elk Hair dry. Got a few to take but it was tough. Stayed until dark and never really saw a hatch happen at all for the 3-4 hours we were there.

I have still never fished that stream, may need to give it a go.
