I've done videos using Pro Med#01 for my bait bags using squid "ika" and shrimp from the shoreline. Today i tried cutting up freshly caught Blue Pincher Crab at the fishing site. The bait bags still produce hits. This will lower the cost of buying bait and will lessen how many times you need to check & re-fresh your bait as well. This has worked well with Bonefish, Trevally, Ladyfish, Sharks & Rays thus far. I use a all around black Mutsu 3/0 circle hook that's factory off-set & tied-in using a palomar knot. My leader line is a short 6in 50/60lb monofilament with a loop/surgeons knot attaching it to my 3-way swivel (rated at 650lbs). My leadline is 3ft of 20lb mono with loop/surgeon knots on both ends to encompass the 3-way swivel and the 3oz bank leas while my mainline is 40lb Jerry Brown braid. The reels i use have a max drag of +30lbs so it's easy to break the leadline if snagged.

Of course you can vary the specs depending on the areas topography & species you're targeting. The set-ups i'm using is for small-medium sized fish under 50lbs.
