I caught these slow trolling jigs tipped with chub meat. Top is 23" and bottom is 21".

Bottom one safely released. Top one was fantastic smoked in the Traeger.

The video starts about 3/4 the way in. The sun is rising at Strawberry in the background.

I saw the fish come up and had my fishing buddy grab my cell phone to take the video.

I often tie a fly behind a jig and do quite well. I especially do this when my jig is tipped with a worm and they just nip the worm off and don't hit anymore. I'll have to try tying another jig behind instead of a fly.

You connecting those tube jigs to your line just like you would for jigging? Or are you using some other type of hooks - like a squid set up?

That pole was set up for jigging. We thought we'd troll over to our jigging spot and I threw it thinking the front jig would probably tangle but the back one would be fishing fine.

I cast behind the boat and kept the bail open to get it quickly in position. Fish one hit on the way down. Fish two hit a few seconds later.
