The CFS into the Lower Provo displays 0 CFS since 11/26. Has anybody been to the river? Is this correct - no release out of Deer Creek?

I fished it on Tuesday for a couple of hours (near the tunnel) and the flow was slightly low, but not unusual for this time of year. I would say zero release is incorrect.

I caught a few but it was slow FWIW.
