I"m sure most responses will be full of emotion about chubs and Scofield frustrations but a few people at work have heard rumors of an ice tournament to be held this year at Scofield. They thought I might have info but I do not.
Figured someone on here would know one way or the other.
If someone has info I can pass on it would be most appreciated.

I know they have held a tournament the past few years. Last year they added a chub contest along with the trout.....
But i havent heard of any offical tournaments from the dwr except for fish lake. Im not sure if they are having them this year

There should be a chub tournament like the fish lake perch tournament. Just my opinion.

The State Parks said it is to be held on December 10th. I don't have any of the details.
Look on the bright side, you can fill up on bait to use where there are decent fish
