Awesome. You guys did some damage, for sure.

[#0000FF]That is outrageous...keeping all those fish. What would happen if everybody caught and kept that many? Why, in another 10 years or so the chub population will probably be...about the same or even more.
Actually, glad to see you thin the herd. Waytago.

lol yeah i was starting to feel sorry for them stinking things flopping on the ice like that in the cold. so thought they might like a nice warm ride in my jeep back to my house. but when we got there i think they were to warm so i put them in a plastic ziplock sleeping bags and let them sleep in my freezer.. did not hear to many complain so it's all good! Looks like a great place to take the young ones who don't really care what they are catching as long as they are catching. Thanks for the report.

Mine didn't fit in the snack bags I had to put them in, so now there's a sparkly spot on the lawn next to a red block of wood with hatchet marks in it.

Nice work Fuzzy. how do you prepare them for bait? Fillet and then cut into strips or do you lave them hole and cut on site?

i do nothing fancy with mine.. i just put them in a ziplock bag and throw them in the freezer and cut what i want at the lake. if i'm fishing a bigger jig i can cut a bigger chunck or if smaller jig smaller chunck or if i want a long strip i can do that to.. once it's cut then ya get what ya get... and some times i'll put on a 6 to 8 inch chub on and hook some nice pike.. so for me i like to keep it whole..
