Went up to scofield again this week, temperatures were a lot higher than last week. Stayed from about 8:00 to 3:00 caught 25 chubs and 1 cutthroat. The bite was about the same as last week, all fish except for 1 were caught on various colored spoons tipped with worms. The other one was a green flicker with wax worms on it. Never did have luck tipping anything with chub meat.
Fished in the dam area again between 18 and 14 feet of water. There were a few other people out right in the middle and they were catching just as consistantly as we were so I don't think it matter much if you are going for chubs.
Are there places that are better to go on scofield if you want to catch trout?
