BWO Fly shop has been my on-line source for fly hooks for a couple of years. There store brand hooks are $6.99 per 100. I got an email from them offering an additional 15% off this weekend with discount code HOOKSFEB2017. I'm not sure what brand they're repackaging and selling, but I haven't had any issues with them and shipping is only $1.99 per order. They're also a good source for tungsten beads, $12.99 per 100 with a good selection of sizes and colors.
