hi i am new here - striperjoe - 03-02-2017
hi i am new here my name is joe and i like fishing for striper and salmon recently i got a penn slammer 4500 and was wondering if it would fit ok on a 9ft rod nice to here from anyone i just joined thanks

Hi Joe and welcome to Bigfishtackle forums.
Your reel should fit nice on a 9ft rod. A little bit shorter rod is recommended for striper fishing since the rating will be able to go heavier. [fishon]
