Any Brownlee reports - crappyslayer - 04-26-2017 Going camping at Brownlee Woodhead park this coming weekend. Anybody been there recently... was thinking of trying just south of woodhead, powder river, and further south if all that fails. Ive tried the brownlee creek area a few times in the past and never had much luck there.. At woodhead you could only launch on the old ramp way down in the dirt portion. Was fairly muddy. Water is down since then several feet, I believe. Launching a boat may be difficult. Let us know if you go, please. I just hope it doesn't blow ALL weekend long. I realize the water is low, but I'm going for it. [signature] |
