Good camping around the lake for a truck/camper with 18' boat?
Fishing decent?
Can a guy rent a slip or beach his boat safely near the campground and just walk to his boat each morning?

Try the Seagull Bay Yacht Club. They have a website with all the details. It's nothing fancy, but it meets your needs. The camping is better at Sportsman's Park in Aberdeen, but I don't think you can tie-up overnight. Nice launches in the campground, though.
