Challenging day on Chick. Fished over submerged grass to start, caught short fish on a crankbait, 5XD. Nothing on topwater. Moved, fished over grass again, first keeper, 12.1" spot. The skunk is out of the livewell. Couple more shorts, moved again. Fished deep, added two keepers on a "C" rig. Weighted in 3.64. 11+ leads, but we are not in last place. Mike caught most of our weight. The largest one we had fell off the hook in the net. Need an outstanding day on Nick tomorrow, it can happen.
