So I went out Thurs and today and got skunked both times unless you consider baitfish on the hook as a catch!! lol Was at the North side of Prairie Peninsula at Chester Frost... Baitfish all over the place and fish busting them like crazy.. .Seems the fish as hanging about the docks and coming out from there.. Tried shakey head, weightless senko, crank., trap, jerk. hair jig, spinner... Nothing worked.. got a couple of bumps on the shakey but that was it.. Its one thing to not get bites its another when you are not getting them and seeing fish all over the place!!! Oh well still digging my new engine!! Almost got 73 out of it today.. Going up more on the plate and also putting the plugs on the prop holes to help with blow out! Going to try again tomorrow around 1... That will probably be it for the season too!!!
