Transferred to GPS/ fish finder on a boat?

I suggested that he might be able to send them to his home computer by Email. I don't know that to be fact but figured he should be able to download them from his Email to an SD card, that he could put in his boat GPS/ finder. Does anyone know if that will work?

I had that app when it was free then when they wanted money I stopped using it
the only finders I know about are Humminbird, if you know the
GPS coordinate Latitude & Longitude it is easy to do
if you can put them on a PC you can copy and past then put them on as SD card using humminbird PC put them in the fishfinder and Import them
