Headed to Otter Creek next Monday for the fist time. Can anyone give me some pointers?

Are you taking a boat? If so troll around until you find a concentration of fish. I've had many trips where we trolled back and forth through the same 3 or 4 hundred yards of water multiple times and picked up fish every time. They really seem to school up there in my experience. If shore fishing powerbait and worms and a marshmallow. Usual flavors for us have been chartreuse, orange and rainbow in powerbait. Also have had luck throwing Jakes in gold and silver. Flyfishing buggers, midge pupae and even scuds have worked. Good luck and look forward to your report.
