Lincoln report - Boatloadakids - 08-06-2018
Good fishin' at Lincoln today. Arrived at 6:30 to an empty parking lot. Picked up cats from the first spring and all along out in front of the orchards. Most were in 6-7 ft. of water and they were biting on carp and wb. Caught one good tom that I was sure would make 30 inches but no matter how I stretched him he came up an inch short.
Appears to be another algal bloom... entire south end was covered with a bright green slimy moss/algie. I had hoped we had seen the last of that stuff for this year. A couple of other boats out fishing and a couple others water skiing???
Good day but terrible with the smoky air... still hacking. Maybe tomorrow.
