Starvation boating hazards? - doitall5000 - 09-17-2018

The news report tells us the strawberry river has mud, trees, and lots of debri washing into starvation. Has anyone been there to see how bad it is?
That river was really burned out, along with some nice ranches. Lots of mud will really destroy the river.

I was there on Sunday 9/16 and ran my boat from one end to the other, I did not see any debri and the water clarity was good.

Labor Day weekend the water was pretty muddy with trash floating on upper end of lake. It was also off color clear on the opposite end. The flash flooding event that caused all that occurred a couple weeks prior to that. But expect more anytime we get significant rain showers in the affected areas upstream for the foreseeable future.
