Please feel free to add any recipies that you would like to share with the rest of us.[/size][/#000080] [signature] Re: [tubeN2] All-in-One Tuna Casserole - tubeN2 - 02-23-2007 Ingredients : 2 tbl Orange juice, plus 2 teaspoons, fresh or frozen 1 tbl Sesame oil, plus 1 teaspoon 1 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds 2 tbl Lite soy sauce 2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated, or 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger 2 x Scallions, chopped 1 lb Tuna steaks Method : In a stainless steel bowl or plastic resealable bag, combine first 6 ingredients. Add the tuna and let marinate for 20 minutes. Broil or grill the tuna 6 inches from the heat source for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook until done as desired (some people prefer their tuna more rare than others do). The recommended wines are: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Riesling. [cool] There's several different brands. I like it for a dry coating on any fish. Can't explain why, just do.
