A Great Organization - k2muskie - 03-17-2019
Have to say how proud I am of Mountain West Muskie and all the members.
We're a very small group of anglers doing a HUGE amount in the state through involvement with community thru education and research.
We currently have members not only in Utah but passionate Tiger Anglers from Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Wisconsin sharing the same passion regarding this species and what this state is doing regarding Tiger Muskies.
The chapter received a significant grant from Muskies Inc. along with Friends of Reservoirs for habitat structure. Additionally, the chapter was nominated and received a very prestigious award from the Utah state chapter of the American Fisheries Society.
We, as a group, are passionate regarding this species Tiger Muskies and work closely with all state region biologists on positive manner regarding this species.

Thanks Kent so you et al know it’s not one person it’s a chapter team effort by members. No way one member could do what this chapter has accomplished via volunteering since 2016 when formally and nationally recognized as a Muskies Inc. chapter.
Up and coming trophy spieces for Utah along with Mountain West Region as a sterile management tool that can be controlled via stocking.

Chapter 65 is heavily involved with state biologists in all regions of state regarding this species and the use as a sterile predator to help in regions.
Chapter open meeting this Saturday 30 March at Huntsville American Legion starting at 4pm.
