Bluegill Spot? - Tailsnagger - 06-04-2019 Trying to find a place near Lehi to take grandkids fishing for bluegill. Used to be a pond in Orem, but they drained it. Any suggestions? They tend to hang out in the shallower areas in the NW part of the pond, and I caught them on a small piece of Berkley fake worms (chartrueuse IIRC) under a bobber on a size 10 hook. If you're there anyway, it's almost impossible not to catch some planter rainbows by floating PowerBait up 12-18" off the bottom on a small size 10 hook with a Carolina rig. [signature] |
