Deer Creek Monday - stlaf - 09-24-2019
Hit Deer Creek early Monday and was on the water by 7:30. Found no fish in my normal spots but found them right in the middle of the reservoir out in front of the South Marina. My friend and I got our limits of 18 - 20" fat and healthy rainbows. We lost two at the boat that were both large slot busters anywhere. (They still reside in the reservoir). Saw only a couple other boats (wake boarders) and one more boat fishing. Beautiful day, and good action......

Monday was a good day for us also, on another reservoir....a couple boats we saw, were just still fishing, going spot to spot....one guy said he did really good that way last week, so I was wondering if you are still fishing or trolling for your 'bows..?..sounds like you did well....
